Today, SIRIN Development manages more than half a million sq. m of logistics properties across the Baltics.We are currently looking for Financial planning and analysis analyst.What will you do: By joining our finance team, you will:Prepare management and operational reports and contribute to their improvement;Participate in the annual budgeting and regular forecasting processes;Analyze cash flows and help develop related models;Assess company efficiency and key financial indicators (KPIs);Dive into data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making;Monitor data accuracy and collaborate with other departments;Maintain and improve reporting processes where possible;Contribute to project evaluations and ad-hoc analyses;In short — you’ll help us understand the numbers and turn them into real actions.What we expect from you:High education in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field;Around 3 years of experience in finance, auditing, or analysis (experience in FP&A is a plus);Strong analytical skills and curiosity about numbers;Excellent Excel skills;Good command of English;Experience with Power BI or accounting/data systems is an advantage;Interest in real estate or investments is a strong plus.Most importantly — a desire to learn, grow, and see the results of your work.Why join us?At SIRIN Development, you can expect:A role in a leading real estate development company where you’ll see the tangible results of your work;Opportunities to grow, learn, and participate in both internal and external training;A friendly, professional team that will support your development;Health insurance in accordance with company policy;Annual bonuses based on performance;An extra day off on your birthday.We value initiative, ideas, and the desire to contribute — your voice will definitely be heard.Salary:€3,100–3,600 per month (gross).This is the base salary.
