Finance Manager

DescriptionWe are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team in Lausanne, Switzerland. This role offers a dynamic mix of controlling and accounting responsibilities.The Finance Manager will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:Develop and drive necessary financial policies & procedures, and internal controlsOversee internal controls to ensure appropriate compliance with Group policies and procedures Prepare including the review and analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements and disclosuresCoordinate and ensure completion of annual audit, ensure integrity and accuracy of financial statements in compliance with with CO / GAAPSupport the CFO with ad hoc projects and analysisImplement systems to improve controls and efficiency Timely establish and submit tax returnsProvide business partnering support to local and international marketsRequirementsFederal Diploma as Expert in Accounting and ControllingProven experience as Accounting and Finance ManagerExperience in controlling is a strong assetFull understanding of Swiss GAAP and IFRSProficient in Excel, Microsoft Office accounting ERP (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365)Fluent in English, French is a plusExperience in startup / scaleup business environment is a plusFlexibility, adaptability and curiosityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProblem solving and results orientedAnalytical and detail-orientedPerform well under pressure
