Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience.Your Role And ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced HR Process Consultant to help design, optimize, and implement HR processes that improve efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. This role will partner closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to assess current practices, identify improvement opportunities, and drive process excellence across the HR function.The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of HR operations, process design methodologies, and change management principles, with a passion for continuous improvement and digital transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, map, and document existing HR processes across the employee lifecycle (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, learning, and offboarding).Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps, and propose process improvements or automation opportunities.Design and implement streamlined, standardized, and scalable HR processes aligned with organizational strategy and compliance requirements.Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners, and HRIS/technology teams to ensure effective process integration and data flow.Support the implementation of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) by defining functional requirements and aligning process design.Develop documentation including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.Monitor process performance using KPIs and metrics; continuously evaluate effectiveness post-implementation.Champion change management initiatives and support user adoption through communication and training.Stay informed on HR best practices, legal and regulatory changes, and emerging HR technologies.What We OfferIndividual career pathAccess to countless trainings and certification offeringsA knowledge sharing cultureAn environment where you are actively contributing your ideas The possibility to work in projects in one of the largest IT companies Required Technical And Professional ExpertiseBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.4–8 years of experience in HR process design, process improvement, or HR transformation.Strong understanding of HR functions and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes.Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Design Thinking).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.Swiss or EU nationality or valid swiss work permitExcellent verbal and written English skills; ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in German or French is a plus.Preferred Technical And Professional ExperienceExperience with HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow).Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, HRBP, or Prosci Change Management.Experience working in large, matrixed, or global organizations.
