The opportunityDawn Health is a leading digital health company helping Life Science partners build beautifully designed, high-reliability digital products. As we scale, we are strengthening our internal Finance function—and we’re now looking for a Finance Manager who wants to help shape it from the ground up.Reporting directly to our CFO, you’ll step into a central role where your structure, overview, and financial insights will set the standard for how Finance operates across our headquarters and international subsidiaries.About the RoleAs our Finance Manager, you’ll take ownership of our financial processes end-to-end. You’ll handle the classic core of accounting and controlling while also building the frameworks, routines, and clarity that a growing organisation depends on.In practice, this means you will:Drive month-end closing, reconciliations, AR/AP performance, and consolidated reporting.Prepare audit material and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.Support our budgeting processes and strengthen financial visibility for leadership.Help transition our outsourced setup into a well-functioning internal Finance structure.Work closely with our Business Controller, Bookkeeper, and external partners to secure data quality.What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)You’ve created rhythm and clarity in our reporting cycles, established a well-defined month-end process, and improved data quality across the board. Our insourcing journey is progressing smoothly with your guidance, and Finance has become a trusted partner for leaders and teams across Dawn Health.About YouYou thrive where structure meets momentum.
