Our collaborative spirit and commitment to impactful projects create an ideal environment for professional growth and meaningful contributions.In this role you’ll make an impact by...As a Commercial Incentive Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our commercial incentives align with financial budgets and commercial objectives. Your work will connect the financial budget with commercial targets and responsibilities resulting in a seamlessly connected program, used as an asset and leaver to execute the commercial strategy. By collaborating with multiple platform- and process owners, you will drive alignment, resolve ambiguities, and ensure consistent execution across the matrix.In Addition, Some Of Your Key Tasks Will IncludeStrategic Alignment: Ensuring our commercial incentive program is anchored in budget and strategically aligned with our commercial objectives. Stakeholder Orchestration: Align key stakeholders across People & Organization, Commercial Excellence, Data Insights & Analytics, Finance Business Partners, etc., driving clarity and collaboration on program structure, process ownership, responsibility allocations, performance, controls and payout. Ownership of Allocation Rules: Own and optimize the rules for enrolment and responsibility setting for thousands of enrolled employees. Challenge Resolution: Act as the primary problem-solver for program challenges and disputes, by bringing a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to every situation. Process Innovation: Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation, transforming complexity into streamlined, scalable solutions. Senior Collaboration: Engage directly with senior leaders (VPs and above), ensuring transparent communication and program alignment at the highest levels. You will thrive in this role if you bring some of the following:We seek a positive, proactive, and results-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing Commercial/Sales Incentive programs from a financial perspective, experience in supporting process improvements, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Excellent communication skills and an in-depth understanding of financial principles and project management methodologies are essential.Additionally, We Expect You To Have The Following BackgroundPreferably a master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years’ experience in finance or commercial roles, ideally in a global matrix environment. Strong knowledge of and experience delivering Sales / Commercial Incentive programs. Advanced analytical skills, with strong Excel modeling and a solid grasp of Salesforce. Power BI and SAP experience is a plus. Proven ability to work independently, take initiative and ownership, and drive solutions to complex problems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset, always seeking smarter, more effective ways to deliver results. You should be energetic, result-oriented, and capable of working independently while being proactive and analytical.
