SFA and Financing ComplianceMonitor and ensure compliance with all Senior Facilities Agreement (SFAs) requirements (RO Wallet, Holdco etc) and financial covenants, including timely reporting to lenders and financial institutions.Coordinate covenant testing and submission of compliance certificates and management accounts to lenders.Support group treasury and legal teams in managing financing structures, drawdowns, repayments, and interest payments.Maintain a clear audit trail and documentation for all financing arrangements.B. BudgetingLead the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts in coordination with functional and project teams.Monitor actual performance against budget, analyze variances, and provide insights to management.Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment between operational goals and financial plans.Provide recommendations to optimize resource allocation and improve cost efficiency.C. Treasury Management & ForecastingOversee treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and intercompany funding.Manage relationships with local banks and ensure timely payments and settlements.Prepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, identifying risks and ensuring adequate liquidity for operations and investments.D. Financial ReportingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and variance analyses.Ensure timely submission of local and group reporting packages according to Enery’s reporting calendar.Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions, project evaluations, and strategic planning.Maintain alignment between statutory accounts, management accounts, and group consolidation requirementsE. Group & External Financial services providers quality monitoring Oversee general ledger integrity, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely recording of transactions in compliance with Romanian GAAP and IFRS (as required by Group).Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, accruals, and adjustments.Supervise statutory and tax compliance (corporate tax, VAT, local filings) in coordination with external advisors and group tax function.Liaise with internal and external auditors and ensure strong internal controls over financial reporting.Job Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a senior position.Strong understanding of corporate financing structures, and treasury management.Proficiency in Romanian GAAP and good knowledge of IFRS.Experience working with ERP/accounting systems.Advanced Excel and analytical skills.Fluent in English and Romanian (spoken and written).Professional qualifications (CECCAR, ACCA, or CPA) is an advantage.High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong sense of integrity, and accountability.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Stress resistance and ability to perform effectively under pressure.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway.
