Finance Manager | Fast-Growing AI Company | Remote (UK) with London Office AccessHarmonic are delighted to be supporting a rapidly scaling AI company that is transforming how organisations manage and optimise digital content. Their proprietary technology is used globally by well-known brands, and they are entering an exciting phase of expansion across new products and markets.As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of core financial operations, reporting and support with commercial models. This is a high-impact role offering exceptional exposure to AI, working directly with senior leadership in a dynamic and innovative environment.The RoleWorking closely with the Head of Finance and commercial teams, you’ll lead financial reporting, strengthen internal controls and support strategic projects across the organisation. The role suits someone who is analytically minded, proactive and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced tech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesThe role will help produce clear updates for senior stakeholders and investors, and ensuring information is accurate, timely and easy to digest.Acting as the finance lead for payroll, performance-related pay and other people-related financial processes.Keeping the financial model up to date and using it to support planning, scenario modelling and commercial discussions.Overseeing compliance, funding-related submissions and working with advisers on tax incentives and share-based schemes.Strengthening internal processes by ensuring new commercial agreements are captured correctly across systems and internal teams have the information they need.Taking ownership of supplier relationships — reviewing renewals, assessing value for money and supporting negotiations.Helping shape commercial strategies for new and existing product lines, including assessing market opportunities and supporting pricing decisions.Supporting cross-functional projects that link finance to product, operations and commercial areas, and improving the quality and consistency of financial information across the business.What We’re Looking For (Essential)• Part-qualified or finalist accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)• Strong academic background• At least 2 years’ experience in a relevant finance role• High attention to detail and strong self-review skills• Excellent spreadsheet capability (Excel/Google Sheets)• Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindsetPreferred Experience• Familiarity with Xero, HubSpot or similar tools• Experience with multi-country payroll• Prior exposure to SaaS, AI or technology environments• Interest in digital media or content-driven industriesBenefits• Fully remote working, with the option to use a London office• Regular team socials (bowling, dinners, karting, board games)• Pension contributions, generous annual leave and modern office space if you chose to come inSalary£55,000–£60,000 + benefits packageAt Harmonic, we are committed to building diverse and inclusive teams.
