Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of a rapidly growing manufacturing group within the nutraceutical and functional food sector, based in Duiven. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and play a key part in shaping the financial foundation of an ambitious, scaling organisation.Key Responsibilities:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.Manage and continuously improve finance and accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial planning & controlling.Monitor and manage liquidity, ensuring strong working capital performance through effective control of inventory and receivables.Partner closely with senior management, the group’s CFO, and external stakeholders such as auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.Lead and develop a small internal finance team (1–2 FTEs), fostering collaboration, accountability, and process excellence.Contribute to group-wide integration and standardisation projects, helping align financial processes across a growing international portfolio.Qualifications & Experience:3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, or an audit/accounting firm.Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and performance management.Experience with or interest in manufacturing environments dealing with physical goods.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Hands-on, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-growing business.Collaborative and confident communicator, comfortable engaging with leadership and cross-functional teams.Fluency in English and Dutch (written and spoken).Why Join Us?You’ll join a high-growth European manufacturing group at the forefront of the nutraceutical and functional food industry.
