Brilliant opportunity to join a MNC in North Dublin as a Finance Manager. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation of monthly group reporting packs and financial statements in Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP and other relevant accounting standards across all reporting.Act as main point of contact for external auditOversee the preparation and submission of statutory financial statements for all entitiesProvide oversight on tax compliance from a financial control’s perspectivePartner with the Tax Accountant to ensure alignment with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Support the preparation of year-end tax packsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial integration and liquidation of acquired entities.Lead and coordinate the onboarding of newly acquired entities into group reporting structureLiaise with the FP&A team to support the preparation of Board Pack finance dataImplement and promote best practices in financial reporting, controls, and compliance.Requirements: ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with 4+ years PQEExperience in preparing financial statements and managing the external audit processStrong technical knowledge of internal controls & compliance Strong communication skills and ability to build meaningful rapport with colleagues across the business
