We take a uniquely long-term view towards our businesses, and our teams own shared business goals and results with our partners.We’re looking for a Finance Manager to support the full financial picture for WhatsApp. This is a visible and integral role across the organization - directly supporting business leaders across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Monetization. You will support decisions around nascent product bets and resource allocation, expense management, and prioritization across a full range of planning, strategic decision making, and forecasting. You’ll engage daily with executive business leaders, and act as both a financial business partner and strategic advisor to the leadership team.You should be interested in the WhatsApp product, have experience working with business leaders on monetization and investment decisions, have a demonstrated interest in data and technology, and experience owning highly ambiguous and strategic projects. This role will offer you the opportunity to understand and contribute to many facets of business and product strategy.Finance Manager, WhatsApp Responsibilities:Become an integral part of the organization's strategy and planning processesOwn end-to-end partnerships with a broad range of Product leadsDrive nuanced ROI and impact frameworks across headcount, OpEx and capacity investmentsOwn day-to-day operational tasks related to budget managementPerform strategic and/or ad-hoc business analysis as requiredChampion independent viewpoints across WhatsApp and Meta Finance leadershipCollaborate with horizontal Financial Planning & Analysis teams to improve and operationalize processes related to headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planningMinimum Qualifications:10+ years of experience in finance / strategic finance, business strategy, product analytics, or related professional experience managing strategic investments and strategyExperience leading finance across headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planningExperience synthesizing strategic insights and problem solving individually or in a group settingExperience communicating, influencing, and relationship building with business leadersSkilled at overseeing multiple initiatives in a deadline-focused setting with a matriced organizational structurePreferred Qualifications:Experience working at a leading technology, internet or high growth companyExperience working in a hyper-scaling environmentExperience in data analytics, developing code, and/or forecasting (SQL, Python, R)About Meta:Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
