Find out more about working with us .About The RoleThis role is ideal for an individual who:Is curious, innovative and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Demonstrates a strong sense of personal responsibility and attention to detail while proactively seeking opportunities for improvement.Builds and maintains productive relationships with departmental clients and stakeholders.As a Finance Officer, you will take on responsibilities such as:Processing payments through the School Appropriation and Payment Application (SAPA) with a focus on data validation and document management.Supporting labour-related data management and analysis for school-based salaries.Assisting in processing applications for various allowances.Providing information and technical support to departmental clients, including schools and external organisations, regarding payment processes.Contributing to end-of-month processes and supporting the maintenance of financial models, including Parameters and the School Cost Library.Highly Desirable Attributes IncludeContribute to a positive and engaging team culture that promotes collaboration and growth.Experience in payment preparation and processing, data validation, and reporting.Strong time-management and analytical skills with the ability to conceptualise data.Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and collaborative problem-solving.Commitment to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Interested?
