Finance OfficerBasic Job Information Job Category: Finance Job Level: Mid-Level No. of Vacancy/s: [ 1] Employment Type: Full Time Job Location: Radhe Radhe, Bhaktapur Offered Salary: Negotiable Job Specification Education Level: Semi Qualified CA with 1-2 years’ experience in Finance & Accounts Department Experience Required: Experienced Professional Skill Required: Communication Learning ability Time management Other Specification· Financial Reporting· Financial Transactions · Compliance and Regulations · Auditing and Internal Controls:· Stakeholder Relations:· Team Collaboration: Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Finance Officer responsible for management of finance department under supervision of Finance manager.Responsibilities –1)Financial Reporting:i) Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.ii)Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators.ii)Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.2) Financial Transactions:i)Record and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.ii)Process invoices, expenses, and payments.ii)Maintain financial records and ledgers3)Compliance and Regulations:i) Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements.ii) Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial filings.iii) Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments.4) Auditing and Internal Controls:i) Assist in the coordination of internal and external audits.ii)Develop and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard financial assets and prevent fraud.iii)Implement and enforce financial policies and procedures.5) Stakeholder Relations:i)Communicate with tax office and financial institutions.ii)Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.iii)Address financial inquiries and resolve issues as needed.6) Team Collaboration:i) Work collaboratively with other departments to gather financial data and support their financial needs.ii) Provide financial guidance and training to other staff members.
