The Finance Operations Associate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly and quarterly financial statements, performing financial reporting tasks, conducting financial analysis, and supporting overall finance and accounting operations. Additionally, this role requires strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient completion of finance-related processes and tasks.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from a reputable universityProficiency with MS Excel, accounting software or enterprise resource planning systems is a plusAt least 2 years of payroll, book-keeping and month-end closing ideally for IT / software businessPrior work experience in FP&A and financial modelling skills for software business will be considered favorablyProficiency in preparing integrated Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, consolidation and bank reconciliation in a timely mannerStrong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Finance conceptsExcellent Communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholdersAttention to detail with a sense of urgency and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy is critical to be successful in this rolePrior experience in a similar role is an definite advantage
