Job SummaryWe are looking for an Affiliate Operations Intern to support our influencer agency in managing and growing affiliate campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys working with data, and wants to learn how influencer marketing and affiliate partnerships work.Job ResponsibilitesOnboard new influencers and affiliates into campaigns and platforms.Coordinate with influencers, brands, and internal teams on campaign requirements.Track clicks, conversions, and commissions across affiliate platforms.Compile performance reports and highlight key insights for optimization.Research potential affiliates, influencers, and market trends.Assist in setting up and monitoring affiliate campaigns.Support affiliate workshops, including preparation, coordination, and follow-ups.Handle day-to-day operations such as communication, documentation, and campaign support.Job RequirementsCurrently pursuing or holding a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Slides.Basic understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, Lemon8, and Facebook.Ability to read and write Mandarin is a strong advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Job Location:KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA APPLY
