Marketing + Events Executive

About the Role:We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Marketing + Events Executive to support our Team Lead and wider team in the day-to-day running of campaigns and events. You’ll help bring marketing ideas to life, support event execution, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.This role suits someone who’s proactive, creative, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment — a reliable “boots-on-the-ground” team player who takes pride in getting things done well. This is a great stepping stone for those who are looking to learn more about marketing and events in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Marketing SupportCreate, edit, and format presentation slides and marketing materialsSupport digital marketing activities including content uploads, campaign setup, and reportingConduct basic analysis of campaign and lead performanceMaintain marketing databases, reports, and content librariesAssist in company newsletters, Padlet updates, and weekly dashboard reportingEvent SupportHelp plan and execute online and physical eventsSet up, test, and assist in managing Zoom webinarsAttend and assist at events (some weeknights or weekends)Track and follow up on CTAs (calls-to-action) after eventsCoordinate and ensure reports and CRM data are updatedRequirements:Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldGood command of written and spoken EnglishProficient in Canva and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)Detail-oriented, data-driven, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasksCreative, a thinker and comfortable supporting both creative and operational workExperience with events, webinars, or digital marketing tools is an advantageDynamic and has a sense of adventure
