Join us in shaping the success and making an impact that truly matters.We are recruiting on behalf of a U.S.-based lifestyle and fashion brand for a strategic yet hands-on finance and operations professional who will own the company’s financial visibility, bookkeeping accuracy, and reporting cadence.This person bridges finance, data analysis, and operational execution — ensuring the company runs smoothly, profitably, and predictably as they scale.The ideal candidate has strong accounting fundamentals, QuickBooks Online bookkeeping experience, and the ability to build automated dashboards and reports that drive clarity across departments.What you’ll be doing:Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online; ensure accurate bookkeeping and monthly close.Manage AR/AP, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.Prepare monthly reports on revenue, margin, and profit by channel (Retail, D2C, B2B).Conduct inventory accounting, including landed cost, duty, and freight allocation.Maintain the Pricing Master Sheet (MSRP, wholesale, and MAP tiers).Lead the 12-month rolling forecast, budgeting, and cash flow projections.Automate dashboards between QuickBooks, Shopify, and Google Sheets.Partner with Operations & Logistics on freight planning and inventory valuation.Support grant applications and compliance documentation with accurate financial data.Qualifications and Requirements:6+ years in accounting/bookkeeping, inventory accounting, and/or finance operations (retail or e-commerce preferred)QuickBooks Online bookkeeping (non-negotiable), bank reconciliations, AR/AP, and journal entriesAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, dashboards, variance analysis), Shopify data exports, financial modelingInventory accounting (FIFO, landed cost, freight allocation), COGS reconciliation, pricing & margin analysisAnalytical, detail-oriented, and proactive communicatorMust have prior graveyard-shift experience overlapping with U.S. CSTMust complete the client’s Skills Test before final interview.Bonus Potential:Based on accuracy, forecasting performance, and project delivery.Growth Path:Finance & Ops Lead → Senior Finance & Strategy ManagerBenefits:Paid PTO, performance bonuses, maternity leave benefits, health insurance subsidy, flexible remote setup.
