Finance Operations Manager / Hands-On Officer

It is a remote-friendly company that values collaboration, continuous learning, and making a real difference for its customers.It’s a great place to grow both personally and professionally while working alongside kind, knowledgeable teammates.About the role:This person will be a part of a Revenue Team and work across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to make sure customer accounts, pricing, and billing are handled correctly from start to finish.This role suits someone who enjoys working with numbers, reading contracts, and keeping systems clean and accurate. It is a mix of subscription management, pricing checks, billing accuracy, and day-to-day operational support.Responsibilities:Customer Accounts and Billing• Set up and update customer subscriptions• Process upgrades, changes, and cancellations• Keep licensing and billing data accurateContracts and Sales Support• Review agreements before onboarding• Make sure pricing and invoices match the contract• Support sales with pricing and commission detailsPricing and Finance Tasks• Assist with pricing reviews and updates• Help teams with billing and pricing questionsData and Reporting• Track key data and flag issues early• Keep CRM, contracts, and billing systems alignedRequirements:• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar• 2–5 years of experience in financial operations, billing, pricing, or finance support• Strong math and financial calculation background• Experience reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts• Comfortable using multiple systems and learning new tools• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)• High attention to detail and strong time management• Good communication skills• Able to work independently• Customer-focused, clear when explaining financial topicsNice to Have• Experience in SaaS or subscription billing• Exposure to revenue operations, sales operations, or pricing analysisSalary: 95,000 AUD + SuperBenefits:• 4 weeks annual leave• Fully paid parental leave (12 weeks primary, 6 weeks secondary)• Paw-ternity and pet bereavement leave• 4 weeks paid caregiver leave• 8 hours paid mental-health rest time• Mental-wellbeing support for you and your family• Fertility support• Access to financial planning experts• Rewards program for gifts and experiences• 8 hours volunteer leavePlease note: You must already live in Australia and have full work rights without the need for sponsorship.
