About the RoleThis is a permanent part time, onsite position based at the company’s Head Office in Redland Bay. You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance and administrative operations, ensuring the business runs efficiently and professionally.Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll take ownership of bookkeeping functions, invoicing, customer administration, and general office coordination. Key responsibilities include: Accounts payable & receivableXero bookkeeping, reconciliation, and reportingPreparing invoices, purchase orders, and statementsTimesheet management and payroll supportMaintaining accurate financial recordsAssisting with project administration and document controlEmail and diary managementGeneral admin support to the operations and leadership teamFiling, data entry, and system maintenanceSkills & ExperienceProven bookkeeping experience (Xero highly regarded)Strong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to prioritise and manage competing deadlinesClear communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentExperience in construction or trades-based industries is desirable but not essentialWhy You’ll Love This RoleSupportive leadership teamWhilst the role in predimonately onsite, we may be flexible to some remote working options A growing business with exciting momentum that's built on innovation Varied responsibilities with opportunities to expand the roleThis is an exciting time to join a company making a genuine impact.
