Finance Specialist, Group Reporting (Fresh Graduate)

Job Descriptions:Financial ReportingAssist in the preparation of group consolidated financial statements, including intercompany eliminations, unrealized profits elimination, etcFacilitate and support the submission of monthly accounts and notes to accounts by subsidiariesReview data provided by subsidiaries and consolidate notes to the group financial statementsHandle full set of accounts for small entitiesEnsure all accounting activities comply with group accounting policies and IFRS.Liase with external auditors on year end audits.Review Corporate ExpensesAssists corporate functions in the preparation of annual budgetReview and analyse corporate expenses and provide recommendation for improvementGL Shared Service Integration of non-China entities into GL shared service centerIPO and Ad-hoc ProjectsPrepare schedules required by external auditors during IPO auditsJob Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in in Accounting (Procure from Singapore local university)Good at planning & communication skills, attention to detailsGood at IFRS is a mustHigh integrity, willingness to learn
