Finance Specialist (Kazakhstan)

PT Bi-Chain Science Technology Indonesia is growing internationally and we’re looking for a talented Finance Specialist to join our new office in Kazakhstan. 💼Role Description- Manage purchase, sales, inventory, and leasing data of consumables, ensuring all entries are accurate and supported by original documents.- Maintain and update accounts payable weekly based on purchase, leasing, and payment records.- Handle foreign exchange transactions and follow up on import cancellations.- Record petty cash transactions and monitor balances.- Calculate consumables and leasing costs according to operational conditions.- Collect and organize VAT and service tax invoices for declaration.- Apply for tax invoice numbers and handle invoice issuance.- Maintain the fixed asset ledger, perform monthly depreciation, and support inventory checks.- Collect and archive Dingtalk approval documents regularly.- Participate in financial approval reviews and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.📝Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or above (majors in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred).- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and taxation.- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or chain retail industries is an advantage.- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.- Languages: Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written).📩 If you’re ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in an international environment, apply now to: hrd.bichainind@gmail.com
