QA Lead (FinTech & iGaming) Remote | Full-time | Reporting to CTOAn international FinTech/iGaming holding is looking for a QA Lead who will build testing processes from scratch.Responsibilities:Building QA processes from the ground up (test planning, reporting, releases, CI/CD integrations).Reviewing test cases, creating checklists, setting up regression testing.Log analysis, working with SQL, Postman, API (REST/GraphQL).Integrating testing into the pipeline (GitLab CI / Jenkins / Docker / Kubernetes).Working with TestRail / Jira / Confluence.Collaboration with Dev, Product, and Support teams for releases and product quality.In the future — forming and managing a QA team.Technical context:Stack: JavaScript (Node.js, React), partially Golang, Web3.Testing types: functional, regression, integration, API, UI, load.Automation: JavaScript (Cypress / Playwright / Postman / Jest).Environment: microservices architecture, FinTech/iGaming products, in-house payment solutions.Requirements:4+ years of experience in QA (manual + automation), including 2 years in a leadership role.Experience building QA processes from scratch.Strong understanding of CI/CD, integrations, deployment.Practical experience with SQL, logs, REST API.Understanding of DevOps fundamentals (Git, Docker, staging/production environments).Experience in FinTech, Payments, or iGaming is a plus.
