Our growth starts with yours.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESCalculating the profit and loss analysis (P&L) for market activities / promotionsDaily work on price lists, portfolio and promotions to ensure profitable growth of the companyEveryday analysis of promotional campaigns in terms of volume and financial efficiency.Preparation of ad hock report/analysis for other departmentsCooperation with Sales, Marketing and Finance Department to better understand business and drive profitable growthBeing co-responsible for forecasting and controlling the promotional budget and post evaluation of its profitable useDevelopment of reporting tools based on internal and external data (SAP, SFA/MobileTouch/Connector) to track main KPI’sCANDIDATE PROFILEEducated to bachelor’s degree level, or equivalentExperience as Financial Analyst, Commercial Sales Analyst or Revenue Analyst in FMCG companyAbility to analyse and draw conclusionsP&L calculations understanding in commercial organizationsExperience in trade terms and price positioning analysis and recommendationsKnowledge of promotion analysis methods (base sales calculation, cannibalization calculation)Relevant experience in promotional effectiveness analysis (ROI, FT)Knowledge of MS Office (Excel is a must, PowerBi will be an advantage)Good command of English
