They should have expertise in accounts payable, disbursements, inventory management, reporting, and business analysis.In this role, the Finance Specialist will focus on maintaining accurate financial transactions, optimizing cash flow, and managing inventory effectively.Your duties and responsibilities are, but not limited to:Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice verification, payments, and resolving vendor issuesIssue invoices, monitor payment status, handle collections, and reconcile outstanding accountsEnsure cash flow management, timely payments, and regular financial forecastingTrack inventory levels, ensure adequate stock, collaborate on management strategies, and perform audits to resolve discrepanciesPrepare accurate and timely financial reportsConduct financial analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimizationMaintain up-to-date financial records and perform daily bookkeeping dutiesWHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE?Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or any related courseAt least 2 years of relevant experienceWorking knowledge and experience in using various accounting tools, systems, or softwareExperience working in a shared service set up is an advantageMust be amenable to work in Makati City
