Location: On-site, Escazú, Costa Rica Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Contract Type: Contractor (professional services) Market: Canada / United KingdomJob Description:We are looking for an efficient, organized individual with excellent computer skills, especially in Excel, to provide support in the administrative and financial areas.The position requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of performing tasks with accuracy, speed, and confidentiality.Main Responsibilities: • Data management and control using Excel and other administrative systems. • Financial support: tracking payments, sending payment links, verifying transactions, and performing basic reconciliations. • Monitoring emails and coordinating internally with different departments. • Client communication: making calls and providing follow-up or relevant information. • Compliance tasks: verifying and validating accounts, documents, and records in accordance with internal procedures. • Organizing digital files and documentation.Requirements: • English Level C1 • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software. • Strong command of digital platforms and professional email communication. • Basic knowledge or interest in financial and administrative processes. • Ability to work in an organized, accurate, and efficient manner. • Responsibility, proactivity, and attention to detail.
