We work across all channels to create comprehensive digital strategies, bringing our clients closer to their business goals.About the RoleWe are looking for a Junior Finance Manager to join our Barcelona office and support our global finance team.This is a great opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented student or recent graduate who wants to learn how an international digital company operates financially.Your contribution will be essential in transforming our finance operations, helping us move from manual tasks to smart, automated processes. By streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency, you’ll empower the team to focus on strategic decisions that drive growth across our global business.What You’ll DoAssist in daily finance operations, including managing expense and income entries.Prepare and issue client invoices across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with local tax and legal requirements.Support accounts receivable processes: send invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue balances.Collaborate with external accountants and internal stakeholders to ensure proper documentation and reporting.Help prepare financial reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate and timely information for management.Support with data collection and analysis for financial performance and trends.Contribute to process improvement and automation, helping to eliminate manual or repetitive tasks.Assist in office and administrative tasks related to finance, such as filing documents, organizing records, and coordinating vendor invoices.Participate in monthly closing processes, supporting reconciliations and documentation.Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and contribute to internal control procedures.Give support to the finance department in all related areas.Provide general office support, including assisting with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks beyond finance.RequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently graduated in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.A hands-on attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.Curiosity and willingness to learn — no prior experience required!A collaborative, positive, and proactive mindset — a true team player who enjoys solving problems and improving processes.Why Join UsWork in a dynamic, international, and data-driven company.Gain hands-on experience in financial operations within a fast-growing digital business.Opportunity to learn from experienced finance professionals and grow your technical and analytical skills.Be part of a young, motivated, and global team that values initiative, collaboration, and innovation.
