Financial Accounting Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Anugrah Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial records, supporting accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and internal policies.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and ledgersProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsAssist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activitiesMonitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecastingEnsure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controlsReconcile bank statements and manage petty cash transactionsSupport audit preparation and coordinate with external auditorsAnalyze financial data and provide insights for management decision-makingMaintain proper documentation and filing of financial documentsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMandarin language proficiency is required for this position (both written and spoken)Strong understanding of accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS is a plus)Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skillsGood analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and integrity in handling financial informationPrior experience in finance or accounting is preferred
