Collection Team Leader (Digital Lending)

Job Responsibilities Supervise overall Collection Function, including Collection Operations, Collection Strategy, Complaint, Collection target, recovery rate, etc (in vendor) Provide data, graphic, reports, etc directly to SPV and Manager for daily, weekly, and monthly Supervise, develop, and motivate Collection Operations vendor with the right capabilities Collaborate with internal team like trainer, QA, and other collection department team Manage, assist and guide the daily work of Desk Collection Leadership, motivation, and evaluation team of desk collection Regularly report the progress of collection vendor Regularly visit the office of vendor to supervise directly in the office Willing to go out of town if needed.Job Requirements Experiences in Banking, multi finance or Fintech min 2-3 years. Comfortable working on a specific set of targets Able to work together with team. Excellent communication, collection oriented. Experiences in role team leader min. 2-3 years.
