We’re Hiring: Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Manager - Freight ForwardingOur client in the freight-forwarding sector is looking for a Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager who understands the financial mechanics of freight operations and can lead the function with discipline and clarity. This role requires someone who can stabilize day-to-day execution while strengthening long-term financial structure.Key ResponsibilitiesYou’ll oversee end-to-end financial operations, from cash flow, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to establishing strong internal controls. Strategic cost control and financial analysis fall under your leadership, along with audit coordination, risk management, and tax planning with compliance-focused recommendations.You’ll manage the full AR/AP cycle, including invoice validation, and guide the finance team’s performance, structure, and development to maintain a high standard of execution.Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance role - experience in the freight-forwarding industry is mandatory • At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity leading people • Proficient in System Accurate and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) • Strong understanding of PSAK and Indonesian financial & tax regulations • Brevet A & B certifications are an advantage • Strong analytical capability, high attention to detail, integrity, and accountability • Effective communicator with the ability to lead, structure teams, and drive resultsEmployment Terms • Work From Office - Jakarta Office • Permanent employment (PKWTT) • Competitive salary package • Annual bonus & THR • Private health insurance + BPJS • Glasses reimbursementFor finance professionals who understand freight-forwarding and want to lead a core function with real operational impact, this is a strong opportunity.
