Job Description

The Reconciliation Specialist ensures the accuracy and integrity by managing daily, weekly, and monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, verifying entries in QuickBooks, and resolving discrepancies. This role supports the Accounts Payable function by maintaining accurate financial accounts, enabling smooth month-end closes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.Manage credit card reconciliations, reviewing and verifying supporting documentation.Record, verify, and reconcile entries in QuickBooks for completeness and accuracy.Prepare reconciliation reports and investigate discrepancies, correcting entries as needed.Collaborate with the AP Manager and Finance team to ensure timely month-end closings.Liaise with other departments for supporting documents related to transactions.Provide visibility to the AP Manager on reconciliation status and exceptions.Assist with reconciliation audits and process improvement initiatives on a quarterly basis.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in accounting, reconciliations, or accounts payable.Proficiency in QuickBooks, banking portals, and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with team members.Tools & Systems:QuickBooks | Banking Portals | Credit Card Platforms | Excel / Google SheetsWhy Join Us?Comprehensive legal benefits (vacations, 13th salary)Paid sick daysGrowth Opportunities13th-month salaryPerformance-based bonusesEmployee of the Month recognitionReferral bonuses   … And much more!At our company, work-life balance isn’t just a promise—it’s a priority.
