If you're driven by solving complex financial challenges, committed to fiduciary excellence, and eager to contribute to a respected, client-centric firm, this is your opportunity to join a team that empowers individuals to retire with confidence and clarity.What you’ll Do: Preparing, presenting, and implementing financial plansConducting quarterly client review meetingsProviding a high level of service to existing and prospective clientsReviewing portfolios and investment allocationsPlacing trades to implement investment allocations and strategiesRecommending tax-efficient investment and retirement withdrawal strategiesWriting articles for the Rodgers & Associates blogPresenting financial education seminars to clients and prospective clientsWhat You Bring:Must understand all aspects of retirement planning, including asset allocation, modern portfolio theory, and goal-based cash-flow planningSeasoned financial professional with the ability to identify and solve complex financial issuesCFP® or ChFC® certification preferred5 years of experience in comprehensive financial planningVery strong organizational and time management skillsStrong mathematical, analytical, and communication skillsDetailed orientedPrior experience with a CRM, financial planning, and tax software is preferred. Formal sales training and experience are a plus. Internal Application Policy:Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra.
