Job Description

A Finance Sales Advisor is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue by selling products or services. Key duties include prospecting, conducting product presentations, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. They also manage customer inquiries and maintain accurate sales records. Key responsibilitiesProspecting and lead generation: Identify potential customers and new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach. Sales and client management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as the main point of contact. Product/service presentation: Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, explaining their value proposition and tailoring solutions to meet customer needs. Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and other terms to close deals and secure sales. Target achievement: Work towards and meet monthly or annual sales quotas and targets. Customer service: Address customer queries and resolve objections to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Market research: Gather market and customer information to understand needs and identify new opportunities. Record-keeping and reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance reports using CRM software. Required skills and qualificationsStrong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.Results-driven with a proven ability to meet sales targets.Understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and market trends.Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field like sales or marketing, though experience is also highly valued.
