Please ensure it is up to date and check it regularly.---About the RoleThe Financial Analyst acts as a bridge between Finance department and business, providing financial visibility, analytical insights, and data-driven recommendations to support operational efficiency and profitability.This role combines strong financial acumen with an understanding of business operations to help management make informed decisions, manage costs effectively, and achieve business performance targets.Key ResponsibilitiesMonthly Management ReportingCoordinate with Accounting and relevant departments to prepare monthly management reports for FFM and LOG.Reconcile and validate data accuracy before submission; ensure all figures are properly supported and justified.Conduct variance analysis versus budget and prior periods, highlighting key drivers and actionable insights.Present findings and recommendations to the Finance Manager, CFO, and departmental heads.Maintain and continuously improve financial reporting models and internal databases to enhance visibility and efficiency.2. Forecasting & Budget ControlLead the monthly rolling forecast process for both revenue (top line) and operating costs (bottom line) of FFM and LOG.Work with department stakeholders to collect operational inputs, assess cost assumptions, and translate into accurate forecasts.Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, identifying issues and opportunities to improve departmental performance.Collaborate with the BI team to ensure data integration and forecasting tools are effectively utilized.Support the preparation and review of the annual budget, ensuring alignment with business goals and cost structures.3. Ad Hoc & Performance AnalysisConduct route-level costing analysis for the Logistics department to identify cost optimization opportunities.Perform Unit Per Hour (UPH) analysis for the Fulfillment team to evaluate labor efficiency and outsourcing costs.Support costing projections for Right of Use (ROU) assets and VAS (Value-Added Services) conversions as required.Execute any additional analyses or reports requested by the Finance Manager or CFO.RequirementsExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA/CFA is a plus.Minimum 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business partnering roles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Solid understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and cost structures.Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.Mindset & SkillsAt Buymed, we value outcomes over intentions, and we expect our leaders to be practical, decisive, and grounded in execution.Feel free to review our approach to work and expectations at: Work at Buymed - What We Expect
