Enjoy a flexible work environment that empowers you to make impactful contributions and thrive in a fast-paced industry.Responsibilities:Lead the reporting and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform management decisions and drive business performance.Prepare comprehensive monthly reporting packages and quarterly materials for board meetings and investors.Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams.Analyze product lines and customer segments to identify performance drivers and forecast future trends.Collaborate on business cases for new initiatives, product launches, and acquisitions.Develop and refine financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting efforts.Identify margin improvement opportunities through pricing strategies and operational efficiencies.Qualifications:Must-Have: 3+ years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, consulting, or a similar analytical role in a fast-paced environment.Must-Have: Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets) and strong financial modeling skills.Must-Have: Familiarity with data extraction and transformation from tools such as QuickBooks and Salesforce; experience with SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.Must-Have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Nice-to-Have: Experience in SaaS, recurring revenue, or subscription-based business models.Nice-to-Have: Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.Nice-to-Have: Ability to communicate effectively and prioritize strategically to drive actionable recommendations.
