Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing month-end close processes, and collaborating with various departments to ensure financial accuracy. The Interim Controller will also review financial data, identify opportunities for process improvement, and support strategic financial decision-making for the organization. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory complianceProficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processesStrong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring accounting teamsAdvanced skills in accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or other enterprise-level systemsExcellent problem-solving abilities and sharp attention to detailSuperior communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders across the organizationA CPA or equivalent certification is highly desirableBachelor's or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProven experience in accounting and financial management, preferably in a corporate setting
