Financial Analyst

An established private healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to support its finance function on a fixed-term contract for 6 months. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial performance and compliance, supporting month-end and forecasting processes, and partnering with operational leaders to drive efficiency and insight.Key responsibilities include:• Supporting month-end processes, including revenue reconciliations, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.• Preparing forecasts, budgets, and financial analysis for management and state reporting.• Assisting with business case development, audit requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.• Providing governance and assurance that financial results reflect a true and fair view.• Supporting ongoing process improvement and automation across reporting cycles.About you:You’re a hands-on finance professional with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to work in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. You’ll bring advanced Excel capabilities and experience within a medium to large commercial or service-based organisation.
