The role reports to the Controller of our Sweden Surveillance business, within the Teledyne FLIR Defense business unit. The successful candidate will play a key role in interpreting financial data, forecasting trends, and supporting strategic decision-making across our operations in Sweden and its markets.Your job in plain textAnalyze financial data and market trends.Prepare financial reports, forecasts and models to support decision makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.Conduct variance analysis, provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.Perform period, quarter and year end close activitiesSupport quarterly and annual financial planning processes.Monthly Backlog ReportingExtended warranty tracking and releaseCER processes and submittals, including demo and assets under constructionTime Reporting administration for Surveillance SwedenAnalysis and reporting of monthly financial/operational metrics (KPIs)ASC606 checklist preparation and reportingService WIP analysis and adjustingEnsure compliance with Swedish financial regulations and US reporting standards.Operating Expense analysis and other analytical data Support audit processes (Internal, SOX, External etc)Assistance with Budget preparation for entire financial package for the sites; revenue, margin, cost centersAssign g/l coding and approve purchase ordersOther duties as requiredWe would love if you haveBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the Nordic region.Strong understanding of Swedish financial regulations and business practices.
