As the group continues to expand through new acquisitions, major development schemes and long-term investment strategies, they are now looking to appoint an M&A / Finance Analyst to support their front-end decision-making.This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where no two projects are the same—ranging from residential-led developments to large-scale regeneration, asset acquisitions, JV partnerships and growth-focused investment activity.This role would suit:AAT-qualified or part-qualified finance professionalsFinance Officers/Assistants wanting more analytical exposureGraduates in Accounting & Finance, Economics or Business with hands-on work experienceIndividuals with a naturally investigative, research-driven mindsetThe role includes:Researching and profiling potential acquisitions, partners and development opportunitiesEvaluating company structure, planning history, track record and market positionMonitoring trends across construction, property, land and investment marketsManaging and updating a detailed group-wide risk registerProducing insight reports, SWOTs, due-diligence packs and briefing notesWorking collaboratively with development, construction, planning, legal and senior leadership teamsThis isn’t a modelling-heavy M&A position.
