Financial and Operational ManagerLocation: Stockholm, SwedenCompany: Engelbert 1920The RoleEngelbert is looking for a Financial and Operational Manager to join our team in Stockholmfull-time. In this role, you will take the overall responsibility for the finance function. You willown the P&L, balance sheet and Chas-flow models that steer our growth. The role is bothstrategic and hands-on with day-to-day operations. You will work closely with our CEO andboard of directors to translate strategy into clear budgets, KPIs and scenario analysis. Therole is based at our Stockholm head oDice.Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-day accounting and financial reportingLiquidity planning and cash flow managementBudgeting, forecasting, and financial follow-upReporting of key financial metrics and insights to management and the boardResponsibility for monthly and annual closings, including tax declarationsAnalyzing trends, providing data to support purchasing planning and cash flow analysisResponsibility for all inventory management and work closely with the internal partners with stock planning and margin analysisLiaison with external partners including auditors, authorities, and banksPayroll administration and general HR-related financial tasksQualifications Relevant university degree in finance, accounting, or similar fieldSeveral years of experience in a financial roleSolid knowledge of both operational accounting and strategic financial managementStrong understanding of inventory and its impact on cash flowHands-on, structured, and proactive approachExcellent communication skills in both Swedish and EnglishExperience from the retail and/or e-commerce sector is a plus
