Our business is growing fast, financially strong and backed by decades of success and innovation.We’re looking for a Senior Financial Controller to join the team as a 2IC to our Associate Director of Finance and take ownership to guide the finance function into our next phase of growth.This is a role for someone who can comfortable deep dive into the numbers, yet just as confidently take a helicopter view to guide and coach. You’ll be the right-hand person to our Associate Director, providing accurate reporting, commercial insights, and operational oversight across the region.What you'll be doing:Lead end to end financial controls statutory compliance and financial governanceManaging accounting operations, including financial reporting, tax compliance and internal controlsDevelop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectivesOversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processCollaborate with cross functional teams to optimise financial performance. You'll lead a talented team of finance specialists, coaching and mentoring them to become even better. You'll be the bridge to other departments like Sales, HR and OperationsBuild a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the team. What you'll bring:Degree qualified with minimum CA/CPA qualifications. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position with direct reportsCommercial acumen influencing skills and the confidence to challenge the status quoA mindset of ownership, improvement, and deliveryExperience in a fast paced or similar high-volume environmentExperience within a minimum $50M + turnover environmentStellar analytical and problem-solving skills – think outside the box (but stay accurate!).
