Financial Controller

You will become part of a team of 6 skilled colleagues who ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the DLG Group – forming a solid foundation for our internal and external management reporting. Our team is part of a larger finance department with group finance, accounting etc. We work together to ensure that DLG’s management and local directors receive reports with a focus on quality, efficiency, and compliance. You will have independent responsibility with a wide range of varied tasks.Your Main ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely reportingAssist in preparing annual financial statements and materials for auditorsPrepare budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with relevant stakeholdersManage cost follow-up and general ledger accountingBuild strong relationships across the global finance team to identify improvement opportunities beyond monthly controllingSupport management with financial analyses and ad hoc tasksYou will also play a key role in continuously optimizing our financial processes in close collaboration with the team, where your knowledge of accounting will be highly valuable.Your profileYou hold an HD (R), Master’s degree in finance, accounting, auditing, or a related fieldYou have relevant experience within audit, finance, or accountingYou are structured, curious, and deliver high-quality work on timeYou thrive in a changing environment and approach challenges with a positive, solution-oriented mindsetYou are a collaborative team player who enjoys working across functions and culturesYou appreciate flexible working conditions – and show flexibility during peak periodsYou have strong Excel skills and an interest in ERP systems (we use SAP)You communicate fluently in Danish and English (German is a plus)What We OfferAt DLG, you will join a culture that values professionalism, collaboration, and continuous development.
