The Financial Controller will oversee all financial operations, including preparing financial statements, managing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. They will analyze financial data, develop budgets, track performance metrics, and implement financial policies to support the organization's objectives. The role involves collaboration with multiple departments to optimize financial processes and decision-making. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and expertise in Financial ReportingStrong Analytical Skills and experience in FinanceKnowledge and practical experience in Accounting principles and practicesSolid organizational skills and attention to detailBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related disciplineCPA designation or relevant professional certification is an assetExperience with hotel, related financial systems and software is required
