Our client in the payment space is looking for an experienced Compliance professional in Singapore.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and enhance FCC policies tailored to fintech/payment modelsAnalyze complex fund flows (e.g., netting, nesting, embedded finance)Conduct due diligence on merchants, partners, and high-risk entitiesCollaborate with product, legal, and ops to manage FCC risksLead onboarding and transaction monitoring processesSupport audits, inspections, and regulatory reportingRequirements5+ years in FCC/AML, ideally in fintech, payments, or wealth sectorsStrong grasp of complex fund structures and fintech KYC/CDDLeadership or mentoring experienceFamiliarity with MAS regulations, FATF standards, and PSP/remittance complianceAnalytical, hands-on, and solutions-focused
