The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, newly renovated 5-star harbour view office spaces, and a high-performing, dynamic and supportive working culture.About the RoleAs part of our Finance Team, your primary purpose will be to support the finance function across 21 underwriting agencies and a services company. This is a hands-on role focused on executing daily operations and month-end processes, while contributing to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management reports for review by the Financial Controller and Chief Financial OfficerComplete timely and accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliationsSupport the onboarding of acquisitions and new startupsAssist the Financial Controller, CFO, and Executive Directors across the groupBuild strong partnerships with companies within the groupDevelop a deep understanding of agency underwriting and finance systemsDesign and refine processes to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiencyImplement new technologies to support diverse business and stakeholder needsThe Successful Candidate Will HaveA degree in Accounting and CPA/CA qualification (or working towards)Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar roleInsurance industry experience – Insurer, Underwriting Agency or BrokerHigh-level proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and commercial acumenExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA collaborative mindset and ability to work under pressureStrong organisational and time management capabilitiesAbout 360 Underwriting SolutionsFounded in 2017 by Denis Morrissey and Chris Lynch, 360 Underwriting Solutions is a specialist agency dedicated to providing tailored insurance solutions for the broker market and their clients.
