Financial Management Analyst

The identified professional will support the collation and management of data related to financial planning & management accounting, data analysis, and market sensing. The role supports management decision-making by combining internal financial and operational insights with external market intelligence. The incumbent will also be involved in supporting ESG reporting related activities for the Company.ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyse, and interpret financial data related to the company’s overall operationsConsolidate organizational/executive performance indicators (sales, overhead, inventory, AR, CEO missions)Update and report quarterly subsidiary performance report to HQConsolidate and analyse monthly financial pending items(AR,AP)Collect and report the key accounting adjustment items (claims, return accruals and etc)Monitor and report the compliance of vendor account registration and modification processSupport R&D department cost management and reportingMonitor and compile daily semiconductor/electronics industry news across regional marketsInvestigate incentives or guardrail policies for each country related to the semiconductor industry and the beneficiary companiesCollect and disseminate the regional macroeconomic indicators based on the reports published by major institutions (IMF, WB, OECD and etc)Collect, consolidate and report performance result of major clients and competitorsPrepare and consolidate monthly and annual expense plansManage NESG closing and approval process operationIdentify and manage ESG risks and opportunities to ensure compliance and mitigate potential impactsRenew REC(Renewable Energy Certification) contract and support procurement of RECQualificationsBachelor Degree in Business Strategy / Environmental Science / Social Science, or related field.At least 3 years relevant experience.Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Strong written, verbal and collaboration skillsSkills & Competencies required for the RoleStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial and industry dataProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and data visualization toolsPrior experience with SAP would be highly preferableKnowledge of semiconductor/electronics industry trends is plusCommunication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.Positive attitude & team player
