Employer: Agyra Capital (international clients)Contract: Full-time (3-month probation, then permanent)The opportunityJoin Agyra Capital to help an international client raise capital and build a multi-country renewables development platform in ASEAN (Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines). You’ll be the engine behind our portfolio model, project finance templates, and investor analytics, working day-to-day with development, legal, and strategy teams in an international environment.What you’ll doPortfolio modeling (ASEAN): Build and maintain a consolidated bashboard tracking projects pipeline, gate budgets, returns, and risk (RAG).Project finance models: Build Excel models (solar/wind/floating PV): LCOE, IRR/NPV, sensitivities & scenarios.Fundraising analytics: Produce investor-grade outputs (IC memos, waterfalls, exit cases) and support data room readiness.Cash cascade & promote: Model SPV→HoldCo waterfalls, carry/promote mechanics, and exit economics; link to platform P&L.FX & repatriation: Work with counsel on simple multi-currency repatriation schemes (VN/ID/PH → SG HoldCo); reflect in models.Gating & budgets: Translate commercial milestones (land, grid, permits, offtaker LOIs) into gate releases, burn-rate tracking, and variance analysis.Stakeholder interface: Collaborate with development leads, external advisors, and the client’s finance team to keep one coherent story.What you bringFluent English (written & spoken) and proven experience working in an international environment.1–5 years in project/corporate finance with enewable energy exposure (solar, wind, floating PV; DPPA/VPPA).Excel power user (transparent structure, no black boxes): dynamic timelines, scenario manager, sensitivities, circularity handling.Strong grasp of project finance drivers (capital structure, cash waterfalls, taxes/shields, working capital).Clear writing, clean workpapers, tight version control, and comfort with short sprints.How to applySend CV + a sanitized model sample or screenshots (no confidential data) and 5–8 lines on a modeling decision you’re proud of to [giando@agyracapital, chimai@agyracapital] with subject: Financial Modeler – Agyra – YourName.Process: 1) 30-min logic test 2) 20-min intro · 2) 90-min take-home case · 3) 30-min technical deep-dive · 4) References.
