If you are passionate about science, data, and innovation, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a rapidly evolving field.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Single‑Cell Data Curation & Analysis Specialist, you’ll own the end-to-end handling of single‑cell RNA‑seq (scRNA‑seq) datasets—from sourcing and annotation to downstream analysis—ensuring data integrity and biological relevance.Manage and optimize scRNA‑seq data curation pipelines, including dataset retrieval, metadata processing, harmonization, and annotation Identify high-quality and impactful studies and scRNA datasets in different therapeutic areasCurate, categorize and preprocess scRNA dataConduct deep analytical workflows (clustering, cell-type annotation, differential expression, trajectory inference) to elucidate disease mechanisms and therapeutic targetsEnsure data quality, consistency, adherence to annotation standards, and reproducibility throughout the pipelineREQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSDegree in biology, bioinformatics, genomics, biotechnology, or a related fieldProficiency in Python, R, or BashStrong attention to detail and highly organized—capable of documenting and auditing data workflowsExcellent communication skills, including scientific documentation and interaction with research collaboratorsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSFamiliarity with immunology, oncology, or molecular biologyExperience working with single-cell, CITE-seq, spatial transcriptomics or other NGS data
