About the roleAs the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at PT Richeese Kuliner Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's financial strategy and decision-making processes. This full-time position is based in Bandung, West Java, and will see you leading a team of financial analysts to drive informed business decisions that support the company's growth and profitability objectives.What you'll be doingDevelop and maintain robust financial models to analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to the leadership teamPrepare comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support the company's short-term and long-term goalsCollaborate cross-functionally with other departments to gather and analyze data, and provide insights that inform business strategyLead and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering their professional development and ensuring the delivery of high-quality workAnalyze financial aspects in business development effortsBusiness innovation by the business plan related to systems and technology that support business acceleration, taking into account financial risksEvaluate financial performance to be able to measure the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the use of financial resourcesBusiness Partnering and control organizationDrive financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance, forecasting, and budgetingWhat we're looking forMinimum 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the food and beverage industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insightsProficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting using tools such as Excel and SQLExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience in leading and managing a team of financial analystsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CIMA) preferredTo be placed in the Head Office Bandung
