Financial Planning Analyst

Responsibilities: 1. Financial statement and forecastAnalyzing financial trends and developing reports to support management decision makingCollaborating with relevant stakeholders to monitor actual performance against budget and explaining variances, offering recommendations to improve financial performancePreparing and submitting financial forecast M+1, forecast Q+1 and performing analysis on variation by compare with actual resultProviding financial analysis and reports on key performance indicatorsCreating internal reports to support the company’s decision-making process2. BudgetingPreparing budgeting & planning template and Slide to BODAssisting in the process of budgeting and midterm plan 5 years projectionCollaborating with business units to forecast income and expenses for the next 5 yearsLeading and overseeing the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring financial strategies and insights to support decision-makingManaging and developing financial models, providing accurate forecasting, budgeting , and calculating pricing for projectPreparing cost calculation worksheet, analysis on variance and feedback to stakeholders3.
