Financial .Planning and Analysis. Manager (FP&A)

CardoO is hiring Financial Planning & Budgeting ManagerKey Responsibilities:Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes in alignment with business goals.Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), profitability, and variances.Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations) to gather inputs and support strategic initiatives.Monitor and control expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.Identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve financial performance, and increase operational efficiency.Support pricing strategy, product investment analysis, and capital expenditure planning.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus.5+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or corporate finance, preferably within the consumer electronics or similar industry.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or similar).Experience with Odoo Systems is a mustExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Work Location: New CairoWorking Hours: 8 Hours - On SiteWorking Days: 5 Working DaysDays Off: Fridays & Saturdays
