Company ProfileA global Fortune 500 healthcare leader dedicated to improving patients’ health and well-being. They company is increasing its investment in Japan and expanding its business nationwide. This is a new headcount as part of their expansion plan.About the Role: The FP&A Manager will play a key role in leading financial planning and analysis activities for the Japan business. This position is responsible for managing the annual budget, preparing monthly forecasts, and analyzing financial performance to support strategic decision-making. The role also contributes to integration and M&A projects, process improvements, and alignment of local financial systems with global platforms.Key Responsibilities:Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with both corporate and local business priorities.Conduct detailed financial and performance analyses to provide actionable insights to management.Support integration and M&A activities, including due diligence, valuation, and post-acquisition alignment.Collaborate with operational and IT teams to enhance reporting systems, KPI management, and process efficiency.Partner with joint venture and global finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and consolidation.Contribute to ad hoc initiatives such as system upgrades, data integrity reviews, and business improvement projects.Ideal Candidate:7+ years of FP&A or finance experience, ideally within multinational or healthcare-related organizations.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese.
